The second winter that we spent here in the Pacific Northwest, we got snowed in. It was really unusual for the area and pretty much shut the surrounding cities down. We had almost 2 feet of snow! It was very cold and our dog was not too happy about it either.
Since then we haven’t had much snow in my immediate area, and this picture is my only proof that we had any at all this year! It has been plenty cold, and lots of rain, but no snow. I think in some of the farther out areas got a few inches of snow, but I’m a little too close to sea level for it to stick.
I can just hear my cousin in Kentucky mocking my snow picture, and that’s just fine with me! I like only small amounts of snow!
