I find traffic in California rather hilarious. It seems that people in expensive cars get really antsy and have somewhere REALLY important to go. I think this perpetuates the thought that everyone in CA is rich and impatient.
Or that could just be my own personal bias.
On thing that really struck me while I was down there was how many palm tress there are and how little I saw of any other type of tall trees. This is very silly since I grew up there. I guess I’ve just gotten so used to seeing a forest like setting everywhere up here in the Pacific NW.
I don’t think this guy actually saw me taking his picture, I think he was talking very angrily on the phone from the hand gestures I saw after I took the picture. And no, none of them were directed at me.
